About DASAREL 100MG TABLET

Dasarel 100MG Tablet contains dasatinib 100mg. It blocks the BCR-ABL protein that drives Philadelphia chromosome-positive leukaemia, which is why it is classed as a BCR-ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor (targeted therapy). Specialists use it for chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) and Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.
