About ERLONAT 150MG TABLET
Erlonat 150MG Tablet contains erlotinib 150mg. It switches off the EGFR growth signal in lung cancers that carry an EGFR mutation, which is why it is classed as an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (targeted therapy). Specialists use it for EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer and, with gemcitabine, pancreatic cancer. During treatment expect regular checks such as skin rash, diarrhoea and liver tests.
