About KOSELUGO 10MG CAPSULE

Koselugo 10MG Capsule contains selumetinib 10mg. It blocks MEK, part of the RAS pathway that is overactive in neurofibromatosis, which is why it is classed as an MEK inhibitor (targeted therapy).
