Tegonat 15MG Capsule contains tegafur + gimeracil + oteracil 15mg/4.35mg/11.8mg. Tegafur becomes 5-FU; gimeracil keeps it active and oteracil protects the gut, which is why it is classed as an oral fluoropyrimidine chemotherapy (S-1).
